Refund policy
Returns:
NOTE: Due to extra precautions during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to accept returns at this time. However, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know if you are dissatisfied with your purchase and we will do our best to address your concerns.
Normal Return Policy:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase, to complete your return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
-Gift cards
-Sale items
-Some health and personal care items such as lip balms
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve taken all of the suggested steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@earthlygarden.co.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@earthlygarden.co if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it accordingly.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items that may be defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at info@earthlygarden.co and we will give you instructions on where to send your item(s) to.
Refunds (if applicable):
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund request was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping:
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address given to you, via email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping any items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
